KAKIJIKU DOUBLE CURVED BLADE

Forged and tempered scissors, manually sharpened by Japanese blacksmith masters using the technique handed down by their ancestors.

It has curved blades for harvest with a double blade: the two blades cross each other, without touching each other so they are consumed little.

The blades of common double-edged scissor wear over time, creating a gap between the two blades that makes cutting difficult. However, this model has a special structure in which two blades overlap, so it can be used for a long time. This model KAKIJIKU CUT is a model widely used by Japanese farmers, particularly persimmon and pear producers.

Perfect scissors to cut recessed petiole, calyx or shafts without damaging the area around the cut and protects fruits that collide with each other.

How to take care of the scissors:

After use, remove the resin with a hard cloth before drying as much as possible and apply a thin layer of mineral oil (such as motor oil). If it has hardened, scrape away with a hard plastic object (e.g. a ruler).

To keep the scissors in the best conditions, inject a drop of oil around the screw (on the inside, where the blade and counterblade are in contact).
