SHIPPING TIMES

IN ITALY:

If the items are already available, shipping takes place within 48 working hours from Monday to Friday. Delivery with Express Courier takes up to 48 hours from shipping date; delivery with Standard Courier takes 3-4 days from shipping date.

For areas that are difficult to reach such as Sardinia, Sicily, Abruzzo, Molise, Basilicata, Campania, Puglia, Calabria and islands, delivery will take 1 or 2 more days.

Bulky or large products:
A logistics surcharge of €30 is charged for each order, regardless of the order value or the number of products ordered. Shipping includes delivery by appointment with the courier.

Attention: In periods of sales or promotions, shipments may take longer.
Delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays.
For orders made by credit card, one business day for administrative checks must be added to the normal shipping times. 

For orders placed by bank transfer, shipping times will be calculated from the confirmation of payment.

If your order also requires international shipping, the package may have to be opened and inspected by the customs authorities and subject to import duties and taxes, which will be collected upon delivery to the specified address.

The customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes. 

Unfortunately E-zakkashop.com has no control over these costs, nor can they predict them before shipping. Please contact the local customs office directly before confirming the order in case you need any further information relating to these charges.

In the case of a return, import duties will be refunded only if originally included in the purchase price.

Delivery is free with Express courier for orders of € 99.00 or more (excluding furniture and bulky items).

CONTROL OF GOODS

The Customer is required to check the integrity and the number of packages at the time of delivery and in the presence of the carrier. In the event of missing or damaged packages, the customer can still collect the material by signing the shipping document with reservation, specifying the problems encountered. 

In the case of acceptance of goods without signature with reservation, E-zakkashop.com cannot answer for any problems.
