The buyer who purchases for reasons unrelated to his/her professional activity can exercise the right of withdrawal and return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without obligation to provide reasons. The products are refunded only if received by the buyer damaged, defective or incorrect. Substitutions for size / color change are not accepted.
To make the return you must send a written notice indicating:
- Your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal
- Order number
- This notice can be sent via email to email@example.com.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The products must be returned in the same conditions in which they were received and that is in perfect condition, complete with all their elements or accessories, not used, with all the original packagings (envelopes, boxes or other) and any manuals provided; labels and tags must still be attached to the product. Returned items must not show any signs of use and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way.
All products must be returned in perfect condition and free from any damage, scratch or dent.
If an item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us for return instructions. Products must be returned in their original packaging with original accessories, components and illustrative materials.
They will also need to be properly packaged, in the same way they were received.
Returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact. Any eventual decrease in the value of returned products will be charged to the buyer, refunding only the residual value of the product.
- Returns must be sent inside the box in which they were received, which must be well sealed with adhesive tape. If our box is no longer available, another suitable packaging can be used for shipping.
- In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur by E-zakkashop.com in shipments, the customer is invited to immediately contact firstname.lastname@example.org. E-zakkashop.com reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to pay the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.
- E-zakkashop requires that Customers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal use one of the following carriers: DHL, FedEx or UPS.
- Returns authorized by E-zakkashop.com must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
- E-zakkashop.com reserves the right not to accept returns sent by couriers other than those indicated in the email with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for E-zakkashop.com or requires the collection at a location of the courier itself.
- E-zakkashop.com also reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized or otherwise do not comply with all the conditions laid down. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. The possible acceptance of these returns still involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
- All aspects not specifically expressed will be regulated following the European legislation for distance trade.
- You must return the products no later than 10 working days after the date of receipt of the return authorization e-mail sent by E-zakkashop.com.
- The right of withdrawal is however subject to the condition that the individual products purchased are returned intact and in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including the packaging material and / or accessory documentation).
- In the event that the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, within 14 working days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal E-zakkashop.com will refund the buyer the full amount paid by him/her, including any shipping costs of the goods incurred during the purchase phase.
- Return expenses are payd by the buyer.
HOW THE ORDER IS REFUNDED
Refund for orders paid by credit card
We will send you proof of the refund as soon as it is made.
The refund of orders paid by credit card will be visible on the customer's credit card statement the month following the refund date.
The timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used.
Refund for orders paid by PayPal or bank transfer
The amount will be returned to the original account. In case of refund, all shipping costs will be paid by the customer, unless the product is wrong or defective.
